The cottage is comfortable and has lots of character. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. There is British and French TV ,Wifi ,dvd player and board games. There is a charcoal BBQ on the terrace and a 8mtr x 5mtr oval above ground swimming pool,more than big enough to swim in ! For winter lets there is an Eco pellet stove which heats the cottage and outside the gate is a lovely chemin ( bridle track ) for walks and dogs. All bed linen , bath and pool towels are provided.
The cottage is in a peaceful and quiet countryside setting yet very close to the beautiful town of Aubeterre and the busy market town of Riberac. The world Heritage site of St Emillion is just over 40 mins away with the the stunning city of Bordeaux within an hour 15min. There are river beaches, canoeing,tennis, golf and horseriding all within 10mins drive.
