Pro: Отличное место, отличные люди. Настоящая вилла начала 20-го века, с большим вкусом обставленная и оформленная. Мы действительно получили от проживания в ней гораздо больше, чем просто гостиницу-аппартаменты, две недели прожили как в музее. Это "теплый ламповый звук", никакой икеи ))))) Для русскоязычных - ехать можно и нужно, хозяева практически наши люди)) Такие скромные французские пенсионеры, 16 лет прожившие в Москве, поговорить будет о чём и вас поймут без языкового барьера. (И портрет Пушкина, Родина-Мать и гжель согреют душу на чужбине)))))

Pro: Nicely located in quiet area, though not so close to the sea (if crucial for families with kids). 15 minutes of a nice walk to the sea, beautiful surroundings. Owners are awesome, very friendly and responsive. Andrew, thank you for your patience answering all our questions :) We arrived a bit earlier and were welcomed by a cup of coffee, and got all the hints about the city, restaurants etc. Huge advantage is an early check-in compared to other places in Nice. The room itself was equiped with all necessary things, bed was comfy and big for 2, very authentically decorated which added more atmosphere to our stay in Nice. Breakfasts are fresh and tasty, good coffee. Some really good restaurants close by. Amazing Nice, amazing villa9 :) definetely worth staying and coming back again if you prefer a quiet and non-touristic atmosphere to feel like a special guest :)

Pro: Le petit déjeuner était bien servi.

Pro: The human warmth of our encounter both from Andrew and Dominique. Our morning chats over a copious breakfast started our day on a good foot. The emplacement tho' out of the way was ideal being surrounded by the Nice tennis courts near the eglise Russe and 20 minutes walk to the Promenade Anglaise, what more do you want?

Pro: Hangulatos környék, igényes és autentikus enteriőr, kedves és segítőkész vendéglátók. Ha szeretnéd látni Nizza nem turistákkal teli utcáit is, mindenképpen ajánlom :)

Pro: Gospodarze byli bardzo mili i pomocni. Śniadania kosztowały 8 euro za osobę, ale były bardzo smaczne i o ustalonej godzinie. Miejsce było ciche, ale atmosfera była bardzo rodzinna. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Breakfasts cost 8 euros per person but they were very tasty and at an agreed time. The place was quiet but the atmosphere was very family.

Pro: Sehr schöne und romantische Villa, sehr sauber. Stilles Wasser, Kaffe und Tee im Zimmer (kostenlos). Der Gastgeber, Andrew, war sehr freundlich und war stets für Rückfragen in der Nähe. Das Frühstück für 8 Euro ist zu empfehlen.

Contre: Die Unterkunft selbst hat keine Parkplätze. Man musste sich eine Straßenseite zum Parken suchen, was sehr schwierig war.

Pro: The villa is beautiful and full of character. The room we stayed in is very pretty with comfortable beds, a good sized bathroom and we loved the shuttered windows. The hosts are a lovely couple who greeted us with a warm welcome which got our holiday off to a great start.

Contre: There's nothing I didn't like. Even the half hour walk to the beach wasn't a problem as it meant we could stop off for a coffee and pastry on the way.
