Pro: Hôtel vraiment très agréable Formule demi-pension très appréciable et très bien. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique.

Pro: Food was great, rooms clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi is a lovely addition plus a small gym. Very accommodating to late arrival for dinner and.l breakfast ran until later than stated which was a nice surprise.

Pro: Location was great, the lodge is nice, cozy and very close from city center. Ski bus station is near (100m) and the bus is free of charge. Breakfast was good and healty (we love the fresh ginger juice). The 3 course dinner was very good in every evening and the young staff very nice, friendly and well organised. Wi-fi not so strong, but you can use it for coommon things like email.

Contre: we would liked that the breakfast to be at least at the weekend until 10-10.30 not only until 9.30 (but to be fair, even we were late, we found food and no one noticed us). we were two families and although we rented the same type of room, there were major differences in size between them (we had 306 and our friends 306). their room was very-very small - I think under 10 sqm). I reported this, but we were told that they were assigned (?) and they have nothing to do. I understood that this type of hotel (Nordic / Danish) is a bit simpler and that it is focused on sustainability. I agree that we were not at all disturbed by the lack of reception, or the fact that towels and sheets change only on request - but we were upset that the garbage was not taken from the room unless you asked for it ... however, if we must protect nature, we must start collecting the garbage, no?. also, i think the cleaning program should be improved - it does not seem normal for me to take the vacuum cleaner at 5-6pm, when the guests come from the ski and want to rest (I think that from 9 to 4pm would have been enough time to di this). also, I think that it should attract the attention of the guests and the staff that it is civilized and fair to respect the others and not to shutt the doors especially late at night and early in the morning. also, I think it would be useful to keep the quiet program announced by the hotel (after 11 pm). we joined a group of Danish tourists whose children (14-16 years old) were shouting loudly, shutting the doors and playing loudly on the stairwell at 1-2 in the morning, without the parents or staff taking any action. otherwise we would love to come back :))

Pro: Staff were friendly and polite and made us feel welcome. The lodge is run by a Danish ski firm so generally caters for the Danes although there were other nationalities staying. Hotel was clean and beds made most days. Breakfast was well laid out albeit basic foods offered with little variety.

Contre: Very, very noisy. You could hear the kitchen staff in the bedrooms.....! Food was not particularly good - cheap cuts of meat and on one day inedible. Only one choice of meal and not very inspirational. The New Years Eve Five Chocolate Dessert was just awful - it resembled 5 dollops of chocolate in a bowl. The local restaurants are wonderful and puts food at this Lodge to shame. Definitely not a 4* residence.

Pro: Clean and Fresh hotel but see below Good food Location near bus stop so easy access to resort, bus runs every 5-10 minutes which is free all day I would stay here again Definitely value for money

Contre: Our room wasn’t cleaned properly for the duration of the stay, the floor was never swept, doesn’t really bother me but why say “rooms are cleaned” The first day our room was cleaned (the bed was made and the bins emptied and that all they did each day) they left the room unlocked and there where valuables in the room, thankfully nothing taken You need to sort out parking if driving as it’s quite limited in the resort, I did find a space which was under ground near the Aquasportif €90 for the week which is good value , but best to pre book, I was lucky! There is a jacuzzi and sauna area which is clean and comfortable, but when went to use the jacuzzi it was set at 19c, so best check this, I changed to 38c and next day it was perfect. unless of course you like a cold dip Scandinavian’s can be quite noisy😳after a few drinks, not just on New Years Eve, mind you slopes where empty New Years day😂
