Pro: The apartment was clean, comfortable and attractively furnished. It was in a good location, within easy walking distance of the station and the sea. It was further to walk to the main restaurant areas and some of the top Nice attractions but it was a lovely walk along the seafront.
Contre: A mirror in the main bedroom would have been good. There was a lot of building work for the new tramway outside the property but it was very quiet in the apartment. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Pro: Grace was fantastic at the *meet n' greet* and welcomed us to Nice with a smile! She showed us everything we needed to know in the apartment and provided us with a great map and even suggestions of where to eat and excursions to take. Amazing!
Contre: The lights did not always go on when we were in the hallway of the building outside the apartment later in the night. Lighting was fine upon entrance to the building just not when we got upstairs. Not a deal breaker. Maybe I was doing something wrong.

Pro: Tolle Lage und sehr ruhig, da das Appartement zum Innenhof liegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch! Die Betten sind gut, man muss sich allerdings - wie in Frankreich üblich - eine Bettdecke zu zweit teilen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Man kann alles in Nizza gut zu Fuß erreichen, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind dicht bei, so dass man sich auch gut selbst versorgen kann.
Contre: Der volle Mietpreis wurde bei Buchung eingezogen. (Bei uns ein halbes Jahr im Voraus)

Pro: Bij aankomst Marianne gebeld voor de sleutel. Zij kwam hem snel brengen. Grace en Marianne zijn allebei erg aardig en altijd bereikbaar als er iets is. We zijn al eerder geweest in Victor Hugo en zullen zeker weer terugkomen. De ligging is perfect, hoewel parkeren altijd lastig is. We zetten de auto altijd in Grimaldi parkeergarage. Het appartement is heerlijk licht en ruim. Bedden en badkamer prima. Heerlijke zitkamer en keuken, klein balkonnetje als je kopje koffie wilt drinken. Weer een heerlijke week gehad.
