Please note, this apartment has lift access. LIVING ROOM The living room is a beautiful, circular, open space, with large glass doors opening onto a balcony, bathing the room in light. Classic interiors, polished wood flooring and a vintage side table, are given a modern uplift with a colourful rug, modern light fittings, and an elegant sculpture suspended from the ceiling. There are two large sofas with a coffee table in between, and two sleek grey armchairs. Houseplants and a series of wall prints add splashes of colour. DINING ROOM A light and airy room with a large, polished wood dining table with chairs for up to 6 guests. Glass doors overlook the balcony, perfect for an almost al fresco dining experience on those lovely summer evenings. Vintage furnishings, including a beautiful lacquer cabinet, and a whole feature wall of bookshelves, create a unique and elegant ambience. KITCHEN There is a small, warmly lit kitchen with sleek white units and black counters. The room includes a fridge, an oven, a microwave, and a toaster, as well as an induction plate, and Nespresso machine. There is also a small utility space beyond, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and basin. A nice, stylish touch is provided by an additional table fitted to the curve of the wall and set with three colourful stools. MASTER BEDROOM A lovely, brightly lit room, with neutral interiors, glass doors open onto the balcony, and a double bed. There is an armchair in one corner by the windows, providing a lovely reading nook, supplied by the bookshelves across the room. There is also a large reading lamp overlooking a small bureau and stool, and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. ENSUITE BATHROOM The master bedroom includes a stylish ensuite bathroom, complete with fresh blue tiled walls, sleek white units, and silver fittings. There is both a bathtub and separate shower unit behind. There is also a double basin with two mirrored cabinets above. SECOND BEDROOM A small bedroom painted in chic grey, with a smart grey stone fireplace (non-functional), with books on the mantelpiece and a large mirror above. There is a single bed and bedside table. Neatly tucked underneath the bed is an additional single mattress, for guest use if required. There is also a smart vintage-style wardrobe. SECOND BATHROOM Decorated in bright coral tiles with bright lighting, this bathroom contains a shower, a single basin and WC. THIRD BEDROOM A lovely, serene space, with cool aquamarine walls and plenty of light. A large blue sofa opens into a double sofa bed, and a large TV opposite makes this room the perfect place to relax. There is also a convenient office space, with a desk, lamp, and office chair, as well as a monitor and space for a laptop. WC
