Pro: This apt is in a great location, so easy to walk to the centre and lots of restaurants on the doorstep. It was well appointed and in immaculate condition, the hosts were super efficient. If you’re off to Cannes this really is a great place to stay.

Pro: The location of this property is superb. The host helper was very helpful and efficient. Generous supply of towels somewhat countered by rubber under sheets on the beds and very poor quality toilet paper.

Contre: Some of the furnishings and fittings in this apartment are not up to standard and require urgent attention. In particular the stools at the breakfast bar are a complete disgrace and require immediate replacement. The bathroom is looking quite tired and needs tap replacement and attention to missing mozaic tiles in the shower. We didn’t like the fact that the photo purporting to be the apartment was actually a photo of the larger corner apartment next door. It would have been helpful to have been informed prior to arrival that unloading baggage near to the apartment is very difficult due to the traffic flow.

Pro: Las vistas y la situación céntrica. El sol por la mañana. La cocina moderna.

Contre: Quw no funcionara la luz del baño y que si siquiera vinieran cuando nos dijeron que venían a arreglarlo. La alfombra de la ducha sucia de moho, el ventanal que no cierra, la ventana de la habitación principal que no abre, la de la otra habitación se caen los perfiles, los taburetes del salón dan asco con la tapicería destrozada y el cubo de basura olía fatal. Este apartamento necesita un refit de ventanas, mobiliario y electricidad. También un repaso de limpieza. Una pena.

Pro: Die Lage der Wohnung (Superior Apartment) ist einfach perfekt. Abends kann man den Blick auf Cannes, die Insel und den Hafen bei einem Schluck Wein oder Champagner wirklich genießen. Bei der Ankunft war alles vorbereitet und die Betten inkl. Handtücher und Badeartikel schön hergerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt. Der Strand und die Innenstadt sind gerade mal einen Steinwurf entfernt. Beim nächsten Mal probieren wir das größere Apartment. Defekte Lampen wurde sofort getauscht.

Contre: Es gibt wirklich kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Einzig etwas Schimmel in der Dusche und ein gebrochenes Scharnier in der Küche sollten beseitigt werden.

Pro: meget bra beliggenhet

Contre: sengene var harde stoler slitt, tv virket ikke .Var vanskelig å finne nøkkel tok litt tid. Låg i boks noen meter fra dør låst med sykkellås.

Contre: very noise in the morning as maintenance work was going on next door. we had to ask for pretty basic things like the toilet rolls, and washing machine detergent which should have been be well stocked rather than asking for ir. for all those intending to visit Cannes, no free parking is available so better be prepared to pay for it.

Pro: Loved the location, the surroundings and outlook. How clean the apartment was and facilities all good

Contre: Thought the beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable and unfortunately building work was being carried out upstairs and we were deafened by noise at 9am every morning. Had to leave flat on 3 occasions due to excessive noise. But we understand this is not your fault.
