STE REPARATE F4 MODERNE, DESIGN, Place Rossetti, heart old town

Pro: 因为遇到罢工，从机场到公寓的路上有些塞车，比预计到公寓的时间迟了将近半小时。Andy提前在公寓门口等待，非常热情周到，详细讲解公寓设施和周边的景点餐厅等。公寓区位很好，公寓提供的设施和日用品都不错。网络也很好。

Contre: 晚上有点吵，有些人在楼下大声说话，影响睡眠。

Pro: Ubicación. El tamaño del apartamento (3 dormitorios).

Contre: Las ventanas podrían aislar acústicamente un poco mejor, ya que la calle es transitada día y noche por personas muy ruidosas

Pro: Cleanliness, deco, facilities and location

Pro: Very close to local amenities and the beach, in the middle of the "historic old town".

Contre: Having to come back home!

Contre: Le bruit dans la rue qui dure jusque tard dans la nuit et les cloches de la cathédrale tôt le matin !

Contre: Afhaalpunt van de sleutels was niet duidelijk doorgegeven. Ontmoetingspersoon was er niet. Gelet op de warmte zou een betere verkoeling in het appartement wenselijk zijn.

Pro: Excellent location and it had all the things you need in an appartmentnfforna comfortable stay. The apartment is very clean and it had everything you need. Plenty of fans and windows to keep the room cool

Contre: A little noisy at night but that isnt the fault of the owner that is just rude idiots that you get everywhere.

Pro: Location was perfect! Close to beach and in the heart of the old town. The apartment was FPS IOU’s and 2 full bathrooms was a bonus as we were 2 families sharing.

Contre: It’s Nice and it’s super hot in summer so air conditioning would be the only improvement u could ask for. But Greg supplies extra fans for us which was great. Also if it had air con then it may have been out of our price range. We were very happy with the apartment and the service given.

Pro: It is in an interesting part of town if a bit noisy and close to the beach.

Contre: The bathroom fan did not work.

Pro: Nous avons apprécié la situation très centrale de l’appartement.Il est décoré à notre goût, moderne et confortable.Il est bien équipé avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour un séjour en ville.

Contre: Il faisait très chaud lorsque nous étions à Nice, l’appartement n’est pas climatisé et il n’est pas possible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes car la rue Ste Réparate est très animée et bruyante.Nous avons eu donc très chaud dans l’appartement malgré les ventilateurs Le double vitrage est très néanmoins très efficace .
