Just cross the park of the residence to reach the beach. Car not necessary. A residence like ours is rare in Cannes. We have it all: direct beach access, beautiful sea view, large grounds with a pool, underground parking, close to restaurants and shopping, and just 15 minutes’ walk along the sea to the famous Cannes Film Festival.
I receive my guests myself (as often as possible) and provide them with all the information needed for a rewarding holiday in Cannes.
Plenty of restaurants, wine bars and cafés can be found at the Suquet, the old town of Cannes. And beautiful boating excursions to the Lérins Islands are available from the port, which is just 400 meters from the residence, along the sea.

Pro: The location is perfect,close to the beautiful beach and city center,nice balcony with amazing view of the sea,very friendly and helpful host,undeground parking - comfortable apartment!
Contre: Apartment is perfect, but it's close to the railway and a just a little bit noisy

Pro: In der Nähe von dem Strand und Laden, Schwimmbad vor Ort, gepflegte Umgebung, Ausstattung der Wohnung, Parkplatz.
Contre: Paar Sachen muss man renovieren lassen.

Pro: Fantastic apartment with the most thoughtful host! It looks exactly like the photos and it feels like home. My friend and I had a wonderful time staying 9 nights during the film fest. It's close to old town when we wanted to go out, and there's a supermarket nearby so we also stayed in a couple of nights, cooked and ate at the balcony.
Contre: It's a 15-20min walk from the film palace, had to take a bus to the film palace. There's a bus stop at the door though, so transportation is still convenient.

Pro: Ontvangst, hygiëne, ligging, etc. Een zorgzame dame die een persoonlijke en gedetailleerde rondleiding heeft. Praktisch en doordacht appartement. Zeldzaam in deze contreien. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. (April)

Pro: The property was 100% fully equipped plus more.Great view,only 2 minutes walk to gorgeous beach with delicious patisserie.Very close to old town and supermarket.Great value for money and helpful staff.And the weather in December-every day sunny and warm.I wish to come back to Sea Side.
Contre: If you are bright and happy there was nothing to dislike at the property.
