Pro: First the apartament is perfect for a family with kids as you have everything you need. Fully equipt kitchen, 2 baths, little balcony, washing machine etc. Location is perfect for this ap. You can get a better deal..at this price. You are actually 10 min walking of everything you need in Nice. Tram 2 station from the airport is just around the corner of the building..1 min walking. Check in was great, comunication via whatsapp was good and check out the same..very easy. Also, the deposit was not needed. All in one, for us- family of 4, this ap was very good. I would suggest investing a little more in cleaning and some toiletries..like soap in bathroom. Also, a good thing to have for families with babies is a baby chair..ikea style. Would give a plus to the ap.
Contre: Maybe a little more clean would make this apartament a perfect one.
