When my wife Jill and I visited Burgundy for the first time we instantly fell in love with the place and rented properties similar to those that we now offer to our guests. In 2018 we were lucky enough to move over to the Cote D'Or permanently and we live in a lovely property overlooking the vineyards of Santenay and are therefore close on hand if you need help or support with anything during your visit. At the end of 2018 we took over the ownership of the Location Burgundy business of which this property is a part and we feel very fortunate that we can carry on the great work of the previous owners and meet guests who love the area and all it has to offer as much as we do
With high, exposed beamed ceilings, original parquet floors and elegantly dressed floor-to-ceiling windows, this second floor apartment offers a delightful, high standard living environment. A large open plan living space centred around a wood burning stove leads to a bedroom with en-suite. Features include: A kitchen area with hob and multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer.
