Pro: ห้องพักสะอาดเตียงนอนนุ่มนอนสบายดีค่ะ พนักงานก็น่ารักให้ความช่วยเหลือดีค่ะ

Contre: สระว่ายน้ำไม่สะอาด ออกแบบได้งงดีค่ะ ส่วน อาหารสั่งต้มยำกุ้งน้ำข้น แกงเขียวหวานหมู ไข่เจียวหมูสับ คลับแซนด์วิช รสชาดจืดมากค่ะ

Pro: Rooms were lovely and comfortable, the hotel interior is also lovely and there are a few different places to eat within.

Contre: The pools and the private beach were dirty and full of rubbish, very disappointing when the other beaches next door were kept clean by staff. There was a happy hour on but they kept closing it early every evening. We stayed during New Years and there was an event on, we didn't celebrate New Years and this meant that everything else was closed in the hotel unless we paid £100 a person to be part of the event. The location also isnt the best, there is nothing close by except for a few rubbish restaurants and bars - the streets are also very dirty and smelly.

Pro: Nice clean rooms

Contre: A little far from good restaurants

Pro: Great hotel, very close to the beach and Sanctuary of Truth. Facilities were easily accessible.

Contre: I would like to make a compliant on one of the staff in the hotel. We came back on bus in the new year's eve ( it was quite late, around 2am). The bus driver dint speak much English, I tried to show him where we going and he agreed to take us without saying how much we pay. I then ask if we could just pay as everyone else (~30 baht each for three ppl). He nodded. When we get back to the hotel, I paid him 90 baht - he refused to take. Due to the language barrier, we kindly asked the hotel staff to translate. One of the staff was very aggressive and on the driver's side the whole time. He asked us to pay 400 baht and insisted that the driver needs to be paid that much. We have no issue with paying more, but the issue here is first, the driver agreed in the first place and second, the staff's attitude. He (the hotel staff) was very aggressive and cursed on us. It was not a very pleasant experience to have and I would like to let the hotel know so that they can improve. I am sorry that I don't have the staff's name, but it was roughly 2am in the new year's eve (1st of Jan, 2020) and the staff involved was one of the male staff in the parking area where bus/taxi drops customers off.

Pro: Family suite amazing and ABF good value for money.

Contre: Pool is too small and pool bar service not so responsive. No pool snacks provided with drinks and music by the pool not audible.

Pro: We were staying in the Family Suite. Amazing view, very spacious and love the amenities. Would love to come back and stay again.

Contre: Would love a bit more variety and options for in-room service menu.

Contre: - อาหารเช้ามีตัวเลือกน้อยไปหน่อย - พนักงานแจ้งว่าให้ไปทานอาหารเช้าที่ชั้น 6 แต่เอาเข้าจริงอยู่ชั้น 3 ขึ้นไปถึงชั้น 6 งง เลย มืดมากเข้าของวางเละเทะ เลยต้องกดลิฟท์มาดูทีละชั้นจนเจอว่าอยู่ชั้น 3 - บาร์เครื่องดื่มชั้น 6 งดให้บริการในช่วงปีใหม่ น่าจะแจ้งผู้เข้าพักล่วงหน้า ที่จริงช่วงวันสิ้นปีน่าจะเปิดให้บริการคนน่าจะใช้บริการเยอะเพราะบรรยากาศและวิวดีมากสำหรับบาร์ที่ชั้น 6 - บาร์ริมสระน้ำก็งดให้บริการเหมือนกันกำลังจะสั่งเครื่องดื่มพนักงานบอกว่าปิดแล้วตอนนั้น 4 โมงเย็น คือเข้าใจว่าทางโรงแรมไปเน้นลูกค้าที่ซื้อบัตรเข้าร่วมงานสิ้นปีแทน (โรงแรมมีกิจกรรมส่งท้ายปีเก่าต้อนรับปีใหม่)​ ไม่เน้นลูกค้าที่มาเข้าพักปกติ - ไปพัก 2 ห้อง ห้อง 3128 มีกลิ่นอับ - ห้องอาบน้ำ น้ำระบายช้าอาบไปน้ำทะลักออกมานอกห้อง

Pro: I loved the big balcony overlooking the ocean. I like the variety of places to eat. The property is extremely family friendly.

Contre: It is advertised as 5 star, but it’s not 5 star. Poor room service, not clean enough, mini bar is poor, service was average. Pools are extremely dirty with green stuff on the bottom of them, they need to be cleaned urgently. Beach is not crystal clear.

Pro: Spa and kids club, morning breakfast

Contre: No have carpet on the floor on the room

Pro: ชอบวิวทะเลตำแหน่งของห้องพัก สามารถเปิดผ้าม่าน มองวิวทะเลได้อย่างเต็มที่ บรรยากาศดี มีที่จอดรถสะดวก พนักงานต้อนรับให้บริการดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส แต่ว่ารอเอกสารเช็คเอ้าท์นาน

Contre: ห้องสกปรก มีฝุ่น ตามโต๊ะเก้าอี้ ที่พื้นห้อง และบนเตียงนอน ถ้าเป็นกรณีที่ห้องพักไม่ค่อยมีผู้มาพัก ควรจะมีแม่บ้านเข้าทำความสะอาด เช็คความเรียบร้อยก่อนลูกค้าใหม่เข้าเช็คอิน ไม่ใช่ว่าทำความสะอาดแค่ตอนลูกค้าก่อนหน้าเช็คเอ้าท์ไปแค่ครั้งเดียว แล้วปิดรอรับลูกค้ารายใหม่เลย อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อย และอาหารไม่สดใหม่ สังเกตจาก เส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยวที่นำออกมาวาง และข้าวสวย มีลักษณะแห้งแข็ง
