Juste au-dessous du village historique de Mougins bien connu pour sa gastronomie. 450 m à pied des nombreux commerces du Centre Commercial Tournamy et Carrefour Market, Grand Frais etc... Gare de Mouans-Sartoux, située de 3 à 5 mn et plusieurs lignes de bus permettent un accès facile à Cannes, Grasse et ses parfums, Antibes, Nice et Monaco/Italie. Croisette et plages à moins de 7 km, aéroport de Nice : 25 km. arrêt de bus au centre commercial.
