My Casa - Place Garibaldi

Pro: The location of this compact apartment was perfect. There are multiple restaurants downstairs to choose from and the apartment is an easy walk to old town nice, the beach, shops and the acropolis. My kids loved the traditional french style loft bed and overall this compact little apartment has everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

Contre: Unfortunately the lift was broken during our stay which meant constant stairs if you forgot something (which with kids was difficult each day). The apartment is small, however it has everything you will need and the location means you wont spend a lot of time indoors as there are many great cafes and restaurants to enjoy downstairs

Pro: Endroit bien placé, l’appartement est propre et moderne, nous avons passé un bon séjour, je conseille

Pro: Location was brilliant. Very clean. Trendy industrial look. Nespresso machine.

Contre: With late check in the key collection was nowhere near the property. We had taken an uber from the airport as a family of 5 with a bike box and luggage. We got out and got keys and then realised we weren't anywhere near the property. We then had to walk to the property which was hard with 3 kids under 7 plus luggage. The other issue was we had read it as a 2 bed property but it is actually one room that is divided up- a mezzanine that was too dangerous for the kids and therefore the adults crawled into it. The second "room" was a box which had a windowed door and window to kitchen with no coverings for either. So there was no way of putting kids to bed and staying up for a drink etc The "balcony" was a metre square and netted.

Pro: Beautiful appartement. Fantastic wardrobe and mirrors. Lovely kitchen to make food in. Great air con. Everything perfect.

Pro: Comfortable beds and location

Contre: I didn't like the fact it wasn't anything like in a nice white picture we booked. The floor was really scruffy. But everything else ok

Contre: A parkolási lehetőség és távolság borzasztó sajnos.... A kikötőben "lehúzás" volt a parkolási díjban ....

Pro: Great location and very modern.

Contre: Too small for 5 and broken bathroom door.

Pro: Non ha lato positivo il posto l posizione lo sporco che c’era in cucina in bagno ovunque uno schifo!!!!

Contre: Tutto, partire dall’ingressoorribile con vendita di ostriche un odore davvero nauseabondo orribile ,stabile vecchio malconcio e lasciato andare orribile ! Posto orribile . Posto vecchio soppalco orribile è inutilizzabile per la poca altezza tutto Photoshop dalle foto non ci andate c’è di meglio a Nizza per un prezzo migliore .

Pro: Хорошая квартира на площади Гарибальди. Есть три спальных места, на которых могут разместиться 5 взрослых человек (на диване в гостиной могут спать два маленьких ребенка, двое взрослых не поместятся). Квартира полностью соответствует фото. Расположение отличное: до набережной 10 минут, до старого порта 5. Рядом есть рестораны и супермаркеты. Трамвайная остановка до вокзала в 200 метрах. Очень хороший вариант.
