Pro: Location was excellent for both going out to eat, getting local transport and the beach was just round the corner. It is a nice new modern place. Well equipped. Very good value for money.
Contre: All though the guy was very friendly the keys had to be collected a fair distance from the place itself. Had everything there but had to buy my own mug as only had expresso size cups. Didn't realize it was a sofa/bed, the mattress was very thin so quite uncomfortable for 4 nights.

Pro: La position de l'appart est parfaite pour visiter. Le studio est très lumineux, la cuisine est bien équipée (de machine à café nespresso, bouilloire, plaques de cuisson, micro-onde...), la salle de bain est simple, propre et fonctionnelle et l'ambiance crée avec les couleurs choisies est très relaxante.
Contre: Il manquait de quoi assaisonner les repas (huile sel, poivre et sucre) bien qu'il y ait tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner , des produit pour nettoyer en cas de nécessité, et du sopalin. Pour ce qui concerne le lit, il ne soutient pas correctement le dos et au travers du matelas on peut sentir les lattes.

Pro: Posizione perfetta. Vicinissimo al mare e contemporaneamente in centro (accanto al teatro dell'opera!), nel pieno della movida di Nizza vecchia: ristoranti e panifici sotto casa, mercato dei fiori a due passi. Grazie alle finestre nuove con i doppi vetri in casa non si sentiva la confusione della strada.
Contre: Evitate di andare allo Spar più vicino a fare la spesa se non volete lasciarci un rene. Meglio fare due passi in più e trovare un carrefour o monoprix. Unici punti dolenti sono stati la lavastoviglie che non si chiudeva, quindi era inutilizzabile, e il letto un po' scomodo che aveva la rete molto rumorosa.

Pro: Central location — close to the beach and right in the middle of the old town hub. Very clean and modern with all necessary facilities. High ceilings and very bright.
Contre: The pull out bed was very uncomfortable - we ended up removing the mattress to lay it on the floor which was much more comfortable but not ideal. There is little cupboard space so it is more ideal for short term stays with not too much luggage.
