MY CASA GARIBALDI - 4 bedrooms apartment

Pro: Everything, we loved the apartment and the location!!

Contre: Dining table was dirty, and gets really cold without the electric heating.

Pro: Шикарные апартаменты! Интерьер прекрасный! очень светло. расположение- идеальное, вид из окна- просто супер! посуда и все необходимое на кухне есть. нам с друзьями очень понравилось! а наличие прямо под окнами устричной- это отдельный супер бонус!

Contre: не поняли, как в коридоре выключается свет, он все время горел, не то чтобы мешал нам, но все же.

Pro: La localisation, l'espace des chambres et la déco

Contre: Le check-out à 10h - L'hôte nous a conseillé un hôtel pour déposer nos valises nous y avons débarquer à 7 avec 7 valises et bien évidemment le réceptionniste n'était pas au courant et pas ravi..

Pro: 房间比较宽敞，当让我们定的是4卧室，所以房间还算宽敞。房型奇怪，长条形，客厅走到最里面的房间需要走一条长走廊。公寓楼下有餐厅和小广场，可能有些时候会觉得比较吵。

Contre: 大前提是在世界各地定过很多类型的住宿，这种服务第一次碰到。 1. 入住前考虑到行李房子放在车子上不安全，所以协商是否可以行李先放在前台，回答是可以，但是要5欧一件行李。回复如下: check in start at 2 pm but you can leave your bags at my concierge from 10 am to 8pm 5€/bagmy concierge from 10 am to 8pm 5€/bag 2. 请注意，退房后房东或工作人员根本联系不到。退房后第二天在马赛发现有一件户外风衣落在了公寓，通过他们留在booking的电话打过去，语音电话，发邮件没有回复。直接联系BOOKING客服帮忙联系，结果也是语音电话，留了信息也没有回复，彻底失联了。目前基本1个月时间了，BOOKING也没有联系上对方，事情还待沟通解决。 we noticed one coat had been left at the apartment the day after checked-out .but the owner or the staff could not be reached through telephone or email. we reached BOOKING for help ,same result till today Nov 7th . 3. 要求住户自己把垃圾扔到路上的垃圾桶里面，最后一天离开前还要把用过的餐具放到洗碗机里面。使用过的餐具用洗碗机清洁也正常，但是这样被要求和特地关照也是不舒服。

Pro: I would highly recommend this apartment. It had everything you could ask for. It was exceptionally clean, in an excellent location and perfect for a family holiday. The apartment had every amenity you could possibly ask for and was simply perfect.

Contre: If I was to be really picky, it would be nice to have English TV but as we didn’t spend much time there, it wouldn’t be an essential requirement.

Pro: 地點很好，房間部置不錯。

Contre: 電梯壞了，沒有預先告知，自行搬行李上三層樓很累！

Pro: l'emplacement était excellent,plein centre,tout se fait a pied

Pro: Good location, big apartment, new furnished and clean

Contre: Nice is a city that most people visit there on summer vacations and most of the summer it is too hot but there was no aircondition in the rooms. There were fans but they were too dity to use. Bathrooms were too small. In the reception they didnt spesificly told us where the apartment is we find it 20minutes later.

Pro: Great location

Contre: Air conditioning would have been nice
