Pro: Bien équipé. Au calme. Personnel de l'agence très sympa. D'avoir un parking en plein de cœur de Nice est très appréciable aussi.
Contre: L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée avec bcp de vis à vis. Impossible de s'habiller dans la chambre sans fermer le volet. Petit.

Pro: La pulizia della casa, i 2 bagni e la posizione.
Contre: Servono i tappeti in bagno! E sarebbe meglio chiudere la doccia che si fa troppo bagnato. Inoltre dovrebbe trovare un sistema per fare recuperare le chiavi direttamente nella casa.

Pro: Appartamenti puliti e confortevoli . Ottima la posizione con tutti i negozi di prima necessità.
Contre: Le chiavi sì potevano lasciare nel buca lettere , piuttosto che in agenzia .

Pro: The location is good. It’a close to the beach and there’s a supermarket close by. The accommodation was really clean and the facilities were good as well.
Contre: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE. The beds in the 4-persons appartment are the worsed. The double bed in the bedroom is very small (1.40m wide) and the sleeping couch is even smaller plus the cushions of the couch are so thin that you feel the wooden planks underneath you. You have to collect and return the keys on a different location (10 minutes by car) which is very inconvenient. The location was even closed the moment we arrived even though I emailed the host in advance that we would arrive at that time and they confirmed that it wouldn’t be a problem. So again we had to go to ANOTHER place (20 minutes walk) to store our luggage for €5 per bag... and collect our keys at the end of the day. Returning the keys to a different location is very unusual and inconvenient if you have to be at the airport in time. It would be a lot easier if you could just drop it in a box at the appartment. The service was also really bad. The host was really rude on the phone and didn’t come to the location to store our luggage even though that was the deal we agreed on by e-mail. Then we complained about the beds and asked for a solution or financial compensation and we just got a “sorry but we can’t help you” message back. The two people slept on the GROUND instead of the sleeping couch because the ground slept even better than that couch. So there was no solution for the rest of our stay and we did not get any financial compensation. Really really terrible hosting like I said earlier. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE.
