Pro: Le spa son personnel et Héloïse à l accueil de l hôtel très sympathique et compétente.
Contre: Durant toute la semaine notre chambre a été mal nettoyée mal achalandee voire pas faite à 16h30 ! Le personnel non qualifié sans pouvoir voir la gouvernante !!!

Pro: The hotel is really ski in ski out. Very good location.
Contre: Breakfast was poor for 5 stars hotel. There was no menu list , If you needed some extra eggs or porridge, you had to ask for it. One day our room wasnť clean at all, many times we were given only 1 towel… instead of two. To do the reservations the reception for the lunches and dinners takes 3 days of our reminders.
