Pro: Perfect. Couldnt be better.
Contre: Bathroom was very small and toiletseat better for children. The door to shower was so narrow that it is better to be quite slim person.

Pro: Location of the flat, all facilities in the flat, most of the kitchenware.
Contre: Cleanliness, no lift for the 3rd floor, no place to leave stroller.

Pro: The location is excellent in the heart of Nice old town. Very helpful hosts and the layout of the apartment is really nice and functional.
Contre: There is a strong smell of mould in the bathroom (& in the apartment). Sensitive people should consider this, we had headaches every day.

Pro: On top of the language barrier (we only speak English and the woman, Estelle, who runs the property spoke French), we also had serious car troubles upon arrival. The vehicle stopped working properly and instead of getting frustrated with us, Estelle actually helped us to push our car, find parking, and make sure we knew how to get to the parking garage and the apartment with ease. She went above and beyond her job and we could not thank her enough.
Contre: It was a little inconvenient how far we parking was from our building, and I had hoped there would be more coffee available in the room. However, it was overall a great value, especially last minute and on Grand Prix weekend!
