The Domaine des Temps Perdus was created in 1992 when Clotilde planted her first chardonnays. Since then, by passion of the terroirs and the life, she cultivates and looks after her vines with the greatest attention. Today, the estate has nearly 23 hectares of small parcels of vines, grape varieties and different ages, spread over the villages of Saint Bris, Chablis and Irancy. The wines from this typically Burgundian mosaic are crafted so that each wine expresses all the specificities of its varied origins. We welcome you to the estate to help you discover and share this passion for the terroir and wines.
Located in the heart of the vineyards of Chablis the Domaine des Temps Perdus welcomes you in an authentic setting to help you discover its terroir and its wines. The stay includes a tasting of the wines of the estate during the opening hours of the winery: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sun: from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:30, Saturday from 9:30 to 12:20 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (closed on Sundays) (allow around 1 hour). Housing Our guesthouse Les Temps Perdus includes: -A private and private access -A lounge with tourist and oenological documents -A modern independent kitchen furnished with necessary kitchen: toaster, microwave and oven, kettle, fridge, cooking plates. -2 double rooms (Vaucharme with a double bed 140x190) and Vaudelune (2 single beds 90x190 convertible into 1 double bed 180x190) We inform you of your choice when booking. (Without this, the room will be with 2 beds without possibility of last minute modification) -A bathroom shared with 2 rooms with WC and shower. Our Studio Chantemerle includes: - Reserved parking space - Independent and private access - A kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle, fridge, cooking fires, kitchen kit - A double bed 140x190 - A shower room with spacious shower. - WC - An independent outdoor area with table, chair and umbrella. The little extra: - 1 Bottle of Bourgogne Aligoté Vieilles Vignes is offered to you for your arrival, the other wines of the field are at your disposal at the price cellar.
