There are 2 bedrooms with one queen size bed each. The apartment has 2 balconies, one with a garden view and morning sun, and the other with a partial seaview and afternoon/evening sun. Both have bar/breakfast tables and chairs, and lounge chair on the one with afternoon sun. The apartment has a bathroom with a rainforest shower, and toilet in a separate room. The location is within easy walking distance (1km) from the Cros the Cagnes train station, and about 500m from the Le Vespins bus stop for various local buses, including several to/from the airport. The property is located on the beach front, with beach access just across the street from the front gate. There is a multitude of restaurants within short walking distance. The beachwalk of Cagnes sur Mer hosts many beach cafes/bars as well as many very nice restaurants. In the other direction, only a few 100 meters away, is the St Laurent de Var Marina, which also hosts a large number of restaurants, bars and pubs. Nice is just 10 minutes away by train, and continuing onwards, Monaco, Menton and Ventimiglia in Italy is within easy reach. In the other direction is Antibes, Juan Les Pins and Cannes, with Cannes being about 30 min away by train. There are also several buses serving the local neighbourhood as well as other cities. Nearby is the romantic medieval village of Haut de Cagnes, home to a medieval castle, gorgeous views of the sea and the Alps, and where you will also find a selection of good restaurants.
