Pro: Большая территория, вечером очень спокойно. Очень приличные завтраки с большим разнообразием, на завтрак можно прийти из другого отеля, заплатив 150 батов. Номера большие по метражу, хороший напор воды в душе, кроме того есть ванна.

Contre: Останавливались на 1 ночь, цена достаточно высока. Мебель в номерах «уставшая».

Pro: Расположение и завтрак. Хороший просторный номер.

Contre: в номере были муравьи - это минус. справиться с ними никто не мог. Они просто живут в этом номере)). Большое количество хлорки в бассейне. Бассейн требует капитального ремонта, плитки в джакузи отпали, стыки плитки в бассейне острые. Ребенок резал ноги об эту плитку. Отсутствие посуды в люксе. Есть кухня, но нет ни чашек, ни ложек, ни тарелок, вообщем никакой посуды. Как пользоваться кухней???

Pro: ontbijt buffet is erg goed bij lek villa, de locatie is perfect (tenminste voor mij). kamers erg groot, elke dag schoonmaak. groot zwembad, stoel reserveren is niet toegestaan maar die duitsers storen zich er niet aan en gooien om 6 uur s morgens al hun handdoeken op de stoel.

Contre: onderhoud aan het zwembad kan beter, ik zag wat missende tegeltjes. voor de rest viel er niet echt iets tegen.

Pro: Good location, plenty of parking space, right opposite a 7-11 Shop, plenty of bars and lively close by, but not disturbing when in hotel. Close to the Beach Road / 2nd Road Baht Bus lap, so easy to get to Soi Buakhao, Walking Street, Central Festival and all other areas within this area. The room maid was very nice, spoke a bit of English and was polite, happy, helpful and smiling. She was the ONLY member of staff that was very good to interact with, and smiling. Room was basic, but it was clean. We had a nice view over the pool. It was tired, needed a bit of freshening up, but it was OK. For the money, location, the hotel was OK. Air Con good, basic shower in bath was warm and pressure was ok. Beds comfortable also. That was sound. Breakfast was ok, but it was the same everyday. It was nice, good selection for all types of nationalities.

Contre: Staff in general... Most didn’t smile, seemed disinterested, and the bell boys / staff around front desk were continuously on their phones. They were generally polite and helpful when you had to speak with them, but it seemed like none of the staff were there to make a good impression. Check in was OK, not much of a welcome but nothing poor... Staff on the front desk didn’t smile, or say thank you when we checked out. Restaurant staff were OK but didn’t really smile or look very happy. Everything looked slack, lack of discipline and just easy going. It’s probably great to work there as I doubt any of the staff get much direction or discipline from the different levels of management! Nor get a row or called in by their boss! We had a family room... There were no dishes, cutlery or anything in the cupboards (There was a mini kitchenette in the room). When we asked for dishes, we were told to just take what we wanted from the restaurant... We had to sort this ourselves. Also there was no kettle in the room, nor tea / coffee provided. You’d expect a kettle, tea and coffee in any hotel. Not a problem, we got it sorted but had to do it ourselves. No staff sorted it, bar the room maid of got us a kettle. The hotel was mainly occupied by German tourists. These significantly outnumbered tourists of other nationalities. Some of these you could hear them before you saw them. No available beds by the pool, towels left on loungers for hours at a time with nobody occupying them. You’d wake up at 7am, look off the balcony and 90% of the loungers has towels on then, but maybe 10% of these had someone actually using the lounger. The most important one that should be noted is the swimming pool. This is dangerous. There are multiple broken tiles, most of which have sharp edges. Broken tiles are like knives. They are broken below water, on edges, steps, and there missing tiles and cracked tiles also. This needs serious attention.
