Pro: Super good apartment for two! Location is awesome near bus station is good for day trips to Monaco or Cannes! Food facilities and shops are near also! Sea is 5 minute walk from apartment. Kitchen and bathroom were solid everything is clean and working! Highly recommended!

Pro: The location was excellent. Close to the the train station and accessible for the centre and beach areas. The flat was newly furnished and had everything you could want. The kitchen was particularly impressive.
Contre: The wi-fi was underpowered and could do with a boost. It was adequate for a phone, but was too weak for streaming over a tablet or laptop.

Pro: The apartment is clean, has a hairdryer, oven, microwave, oil for cooking, dishwashing liquid. Location is great; close to the railway station and more importantly, close to Tram 1 that goes along the main shopping street, to the sea and near the old port. The area has shops that are open in the evening (for getting water, cooking stuff). The Russian church is within walking distance. I recommend this property.
Contre: Because of the low water pressure, the toilet needs to be flushed twice. It's not that bad.

Pro: Рядом вокзал и супермаркет.Окна во двор - нет постороннего шума. Недалеко трамвайная остановка.
Contre: Очень сильно скрипят паркетные полы. Интернет отвратительно работает - постоянно теряет сеть, низкая скорость: посмотреть ролик с YouTube или подобрать и забронировать следующий отель - задача не из лёгких. Люстра в комнате даёт тусклый и холодный свет - вызывает уныние. При солнечном освещении - всё отлично.

Pro: My flight got delayed, and instead of reaching at 9 AM in the morning, I reached in the night. The owner of the property was very accommodating, and game me keys at the new time.
Contre: The wooden flooring made a lot of noise. Also, the internet connection was not very good. It worked fine for most of the time but then it intermittently stopped working.

Pro: Our direct contact, Marina was very nice and helpful. The apartment was very well organised and supplied. Location near the train station was helpful as we took the train to some of the near cities.
Contre: 1. The main issue was that the internet did not functioned throughout the period we stayed here. This was a big minus as in the evenings we were checking routes and things to see the next day, so we had to use our mobile internet. A reimbursement would have been nice. 2. We were planned to check out on Friday, but Thursday early morning we received a message through Booking that "The departure must be at maximum 10 hours am for organizational reasons so that we have time to clean the apartment.". Maybe it was sent by mistake or this is the procedure, but I didn't liked to see this message one day before leaving.
