Pro: Beautiful apartment with all you need including washing machine (but no drier). Warning there are a lot of steep steps to reach it. Was lovely quiet location in historic area yet minutes walk to all the main streets. No need for a car. Supermarket and lots shopping nearby. Menton was absolutely wonderful! Recommend a couple of days here at least.

Contre: Can’t do much about the many steep steps in such an old building. Good that phones have torches because the stairwell light would switch off too soon and we would otherwise be in the dark! Stairwell also not very clean and no lock to the communal entrance. No air conditioning which would be a problem in summer. Annoying to have to do dishes and put everything away - surely that should be included in cleaning costs?

Pro: Отдыхали с детьми. Все понравилось. Очень чисто, есть вся необходимая техника, удобное расположение в центре старого города. Тихо и спокойно. Рядом круглосуточная парковка. До набережной 2 минуты. Каждое утро бегал. Рассвет над морем в этом месте показался каким-то особенным.

Pro: Décoration et aménagements récents. Deux belles chambres. Situation très centrale à proximité de la vielle ville, des commerces, du bord de mer. Environnement calme.

Contre: Mauvais éclairage de la montée d'escalier. Montée d'escalier peu accueillante avec trois hauts étages à monter à pied. Immeuble inaccessible en voiture (stationnement à 200 m minimum) et pas très facile d'accès à pied. L'eau avait été coupée et l'agence a du contacter le propriétaire pour trouver le compteur.

Pro: Appartamento bello, pulito e curato in mezzo ai tetti di Menton con uno scorcio dove s'intravede il mare, la colazione non è nel servizio dato non è un hotel o B&B ma, con una cucina nuova, bella ed attrezzata la colazione in casa è assicurata! A parte le molte scale e la mancanza di ascensore la posizione è eccellente, la piccola stadina in salita per arrivarci è affascinante ed è collegata alla via pedonale e centrale dove si trovano tutti i tipi di negozi.

Contre: Nulla!

Pro: Top Lage, mitten in der Altstadt.

Pro: Everything was good and the apartment was very clean with all facilities, washing machine, dishwasher etc. and although no air conditioning, the fans supplied in every room were really effective and in some ways better than aircon which can sometimes be a little too chilly in the night, whereas the fans just kept the room feeling fresh without being cold.

Contre: There are quite a few steps to the apartment and after being out at night time we couldn’t find a light for the stairwell - only on the inside of the apartment.

Pro: Nuovissimo, arredato molto bene e con gusto, a 2 minuti dal mare

Contre: Un po' sacrificata la posizione, dalle finestre si vedono solo muri molto vicino

Pro: Good space, clean, all the fascilities you need in an appartment and quiet. Good service from host.

Contre: Well, in summertime it will get warm, we opened the windows and somehow survived. There are 3 good fans, but no aircondition and no balcony.
