Aménagé sur 3 étages, ce logement comprend 4 chambres, une cuisine entièrement équipée ainsi qu'une pièce à vivre avec une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. Les salles de bains sont pourvues d'une baignoire ou d'une douche. Certaines chambres sont situées à l'étage supérieur. D'autres se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée ou au sous-sol. Un lit bébé est fourni. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée.

La région est prisée des amateurs de ski. En été, vous pourrez pratiquer des sports nautiques, le vélo et la randonnée. Genève et son aéroport international sont à moins de 40 km.

In summer, after a day out enjoying some of the multitude of activities this exceptional location has to offer, there is nothing better than to relax in the large secluded, leafy gardens, or to sip an aperitif with a stunning mountain panorama and Annecy twinkling in the background, before firing up the barbecue and dining 'al fresco' on the rear terrace

We're a British family with a love of France, who settled 14 years ago in what is undoubtedly its most beautiful region. We still pop back when we can to see our friends in this wonderfully welcoming village on the edge of Annecy. For us the Haute-Savoie region is a treat in all seasons. In 2002 we found our dream home, a traditional 1930s merchant's house and set about restoring the charm and character of this 'maison bourgeoise'. A huge project, but we were helped by so many people from the village that we feel the house is aptly named 'La Maison de Promery'. We now enjoy helping others to discover all that this wonderful region has to offer, be they sporting activities, cultural events, gastronomic treats or the best spots for a lazy afternoon. Promery's peaceful village location offers the best of both worlds, a picturesque rural hamlet, conveniently situated with easy access to the heart of Annecy's medieval town centre (6km), beautiful lake and beaches and to the A41 motorway (2km) linking you quickly to some of the best ski areas in Europe and all the breath-taking beauty spots of the Haute Savoie region. Annecy, the Venice of the Alps, is a gem just 15 minutes drive from the house.
