Close to the market halls, and quiet because protected by a private courtyard, this townhouse duplex is located a few tens of meters from all local shops, restaurants and the beer factory ursulines. Warm and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 5 people. From the courtyard, you access directly on one level in the living room consisting of a fully equipped open kitchen and a lounge / dining room. The upstairs bedroom, about 25 m2, has 2 beds that can be separated by a curtain: a bed of 140 and another of 90; a sofa bed in the living room offers an additional possibility. Sheets are provided. Flat screen TV, free wifi connection, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine are at your disposal to decorate and facilitate your stay. Several free car parks are available nearby.
My family and I have lived in Crémieu for 15 years, and our house also overlooks the courtyard from which we access the housing. A very old Cremolan once told me that the building once belonged to an inn, and that it was the place where the horses were housed. We and our neighbors live there, in a haven of peace and secluded, just a few meters from the heart of the city. We particularly appreciate this central position, and I personally, I like the opportunity offered to join almost immediately the hiking trails to go running or go on a mountain bike.
