Pro: In the heart of Cannes this apartment has everything you need. Very cosy and nicely decorated loft style apartment. Definitely recommended.

Pro: The location is great and it is spacious and for the most part clean. There was a previous guests eaten cheese plate in the fridge but the owner apologized. The kitchen was new and clean otherwise and well stocked. There are two bathrooms and both were clean and new.

Contre: My arrival was poor. I had asked for info on where to go and was sent photos only. I was not told what number the apt was or what floor. I deciphered from the key what floor but the actual door of the apt has no number or name. Once in, a very kind man who spoke only French came to take 15 euros in cash for a tax. The safe did not work and there were no instructions. The owners did offer to come to help but I was traveling for work and hardly at the apartment so I could not plan to meet with someone and didn’t want to have someone inside when I was out. The other thing to note is that it is noted as sea view but you really are looking down the street at Palm trees and it is very hard to see the sea. I think with a little work from the owners this could be a great rental. They need to handle the wall by the front door needs to be repainted ASAP.

Pro: The staff were fabulous, the position of the flat is outstanding and it was immaculate with an enormous terrace
