Pro: Fettolina Palm Beach liegt direkt am Strand, die Uferstraße ist eine Einbahnstraße und zumindest im November wenig befahren. Mit Tiefgarage, Aufzug und perfekter Aussicht vom Balkon im 4. OG fehlt es an gar nichts. Gute Restaurants sind mehrere in einem 100m-Umkreis, die City von Cannes erreicht man am Besten mit dem Imperial Palm Bus (Haltestelle 100m) oder mit den zur Wohnung gehörigen Fahrrädern. Alles sehr schick und bequem!
