The bright, renovated 60 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of the villa and is ideal for 2 people. On the south balcony you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun with a view of the old town. A fireplace in the living / dining room radiates a cozy warmth in winter. On a comfortable sofa, you can browse through the adjoining reading room. The sofa also serves as a bed for a 3rd person. There is also a chest of drawers in the room and plenty of storage space. The new kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner hotplate, oven, fridge-freezer, sink, dishwasher and espresso machine. A sufficient number of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils are available. Through the kitchen you enter the west balcony with a view of the Baou Mountains. you can enjoy the sunset and end the day in style with a glass of wine. With its two balconies facing south and west, the apartment is perfect for both sun worshipers and shade seekers. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm box spring bed and wardrobe. The well-preserved "washhouse", twenty fountains and numerous springs ensure the water supply of the well-kept private and public parks.
