Je suis propriétaire de l’appartement depuis le 13 Juin 2018 ; j’y avais séjourné comme locataire, et le coup de foudre a suivi, je l’ai acheté. Je connais bien Avoriaz et je suis déjà propriétaire d’un studio aux Fontaines Blanches ; je le loue depuis plus de 10 ans a des locataires réguliers. J’habite Londres avec ma famille et suis originaire de Thonon. Nous avons 3 enfants de 20,19 et 15 ans qui adorent le ski et le surf.
The Epicea residence**** has been recently built on an outstanding spot of Avoriaz 1800, mythical ski resort of the French Alps, in the very center of the village, half way from main shops and from La Falaise accommodation area. It allows direct access to and from the ski slopes from December to April. It is also located very close to “Aquariaz” water center paradise. It faces South and takes advantage from a generous sun. Without any building close around, the view from the residence is unrestricted.
