This property is a listed Chateau, but not rented at Chateau prices!! The Chateau has 3 bedrooms, Family Bathroom and Downstairs Toilet and is located within walking distance to the town of Moncoutant. The grounds which are private and mainly laid to lawn with an abundance of flowers plus a pathway which leads to the Fabulous Heated Swimming Pool. There are several area to eat "Al Fresco" - sunny and shade. There is Swing Ball, a Basketball Post, Volley Ball Net, BBQ and lots more. A Welcome Pack will be available on your arrival (if staying for 5 nights or more) and you will be greeted by a representative of Sunshine-Escapes. Linen and towels (not pool / beach) will be provided on your arrival and a new set provided if staying for 10 nights or more. We offer a 24 hour service. Wherever possible you will be allowed to enter the property early or stay in the property until you are ready to depart at no extra cost (this will depend on the arrival or departure of the previous or arriving guests). There is no extra charge for a clean at the end of the stay - we trust you will leave the property as you found it on your arrival.

The property is also close to Puy du Fou (take advantage of a short stay - minimum 3 nights to visit this fabulous resort), Mairais Poitevin (Little Venice), Pescalis (International Fishing Lakes) - there is so much to see in this region as well as traffic free roads and fresh air. Don't forget you have lots of garden space to play for the children to play.
