It is directly accessible from CDG & Orly airports (40 mn by train) and the ideal starting point for your walks in Paris. Free WIFI, Linens & towels included. Welcome !

Our apartment is situated in the 3rd district, right in the heart of Paris. One of the Parisian neighborhoods the most pleasant to live in, two steps away from the rue Montorgueil (a charming pedestrian street famous for its numerous shops and its typical french restaurants) and from Beaubourg-Centre Pompidou contemporary art museum. Our studio is the ideal starting point for your walks in Paris. l'Hôtel de Ville (Paris city hall) is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. From there, you can admire one of the most beautiful view of Paris along the docks. Then, nothing is easier than crossing the Seine and visiting the typical "Ile de la Cité" and Notre Dame Cathedral (15 minutes walk from the apartment); The apartment is close to 4 subway stations : - "Arts & Metiers" (Lines 3 & 11) - "Rambuteau" (Line 11) - "Reaumur-Sebastopol" (Lines 4 & 11) - "Etienne Marcel" (Line 4) It is also located 7 minutes walk from "Chatelet-Les Halles" where are major subway lines (Metro N° 1, 4, 7, 11, 14) and commuter trains (RER A, B and D).
