Hip area, everything you need within walking distance, the park is lively and has beautiful views, and our apartment is decorated with a modern contemporary style of artwork, objects, and furniture. Our apartment was renovated by the previous owners, who are architects themselves, so the space has a unique, spacious design. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The park Buttes Chaumont is a real treat. You'll feel like you're in the countryside when you're right in the middle of the city! It's a typically Parisian spot to picnic and enjoy the sun and some nature! Avenue de Laumière - a cute, hip street with cafés, shops and restaurants, etc - is two blocks away, towards the park. I recommend a stroll that way after walking around the park for a drink or a bite to eat. GETTING AROUND The Metro is just down the street, there are several buses stop just around the corner, you can Uber it, or taxis are easy to stop just downstairs in front of our apartment.
