The private residence, Bastide Le Grimaud This lovely spacious 3 bed room, 3 bath/shower fully airconditioned apartment with open plan living area looking out to a terrace with wonderful open countryside views, a wonder place to have your morning coffee. The apartment offers open plan living, a large comfortable corner leather sofa, dining table for 6, a fully equipped with kitchenette ceramic hob, microwave / grill, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, coffee maker. From the living room there are two bedrooms, one twin with fitted wardrobes and A/C, this bedroom looks out onto the open hill side. The second bedroom is a very roomy double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, A/C and an en-suit bathroom. The third bedroom is off the entrance, twin beds, fitted wardrobes, A/C and it’s own shower room. There is another shower room with a WC. The apartment will be made ready for you, all bed, bath and pool linen are provided. Within the gated complex you have use of a large shared pool with a small children’s pool, which is open from April to October, weather permitting. Free parking is available.

The complex is set on a hillside with breath-taking views of the countryside. This is a wonderful setting less than a kilometre from the complex, close enough to walk into the medieval village of Grimaud with its beautiful typically Provencal flower-filled narrow streets, is dominated by the ruins of its castle the Chateau de Grimaud. From there, the panoramic view of the coast and Port Grimaud. The village offers cafés, bars, street markets, large assortment of shops, even an elevator of glass and iron to lift people from the main street at the lower end of the village up to a main square above, where the Mairie and some other principal buildings and shops are located.
