Super-studio, very comfortable for a couple (or a couple with a kid) located on the 3d floor of an elegant building of 19th century. The flat is located on the pedestrian street ( rue Massena) and 100 m form the beach area and famous Promenade des Anglais. It contains a principal room with two sofa bed (160 cm and 140cm) and dining area, a small separated kitchen with all stuff, a bathroom with WC. There is a A/C with hitting and PVC windows. Public parking Ruhl Meridien is within 100 meters from the flat. Facilities include a TV with over 250 channels and Wi-Fi access. The apartment is located in the heart of Nice on the pedestrian street with the best restaurants, boutiques and night-clubs, and 2 minutes by walk from the Place Massena and avenue Jean Medicine containing the cultural and commercial centre of Nice. The flat is located in a nice place when you can sleep very good in calm because the window look on the yard.

The apartment is located 3 min from the Place Massena and tram stop and 15 min by walk from the rail station of Nice. Near the apartment 2 min by walk there’s a Touristic office (5, Promenade des Anglais). Just in front of the office you find the bus stop (bus #98) to go to the airport Nice cote d’Azur. If you travel by car you have a parking nearby (100 meters from the flat) Rulh Meridien (it costs around 22 euros per night). Than go 1 min on the pedestrian street rue Massena where you find the building # 26. If you travel by plane - take a bus 98 from Terminal 1,2 to Nice center (Albert 1 stop), than cross the street and walk 1 min ahead till rue Massena building #26. If you travel by train - just walk around 15 min from the train station (please look at the map before) till rue Massena than find the number 26 and the entrance will be on your left from the pedestrian street.
