Fabulous sea and mountain views from the balcony of this spacious and secure 2nd floor apartment in a very modern development, with sunny gardens and a private community swimming pool Free, secure car parking on site, air-conditioning and free internet. Fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and all essential domestic appliances. This is the perfect location for the longer holiday (two weeks or more) and we have a number of guests who have booked their second or third longer holiday with us. We have many good reviews and I have no doubt you will have a good holiday in our place in Antibes.

I am a retired enginer, a grand-dad to four grandchildren, a keen golfer (handicap 15) and I am still trying tolearn French!

Our apartment is located one mile from Antibes railway station, which is just off Antibes town centre. It is in a quiet residetial area and most of the apartments in our developmenmt are permanent homes for French people. The many fine restaurants in Antibes are within a twenty-minute walk and the hetic night-life of Juan les Pins is on;y a few minutes away by the the 200 bus, which stops very close to our entrance. The great festival town of Cannes is about a half an hour away by the 200 bus and Nice, with its many attractions is about 45 minutes away by car or bus.
