Pro: Lovely place to stay. Evgueni, Dima, and Svetlana are really nice hosts and very helpful. The apartment is squeaky clean, spacious, affordable, and centrally located. The apartment has all the essential amenities and is well suited for extended stays as well. I hope that I manage to get a reservation the next time I'm in Nice.
Contre: Nothing to dislike. I feel that the check in process for late arrivals could be better managed. Nevertheless, I was happy to pay the 20 euros to Svetlana for her troubles -- she's really sweet and helpful.

Pro: Большая удобная квартира, есть абсолютно все необходимое. Хорошая транспортная развязка. Все в пешей доступности. Пляж галечный, чистый. Очень довольны отдыхом!!!

Pro: Really clean, the owner was lovely, had everything we needed, really spacious, peaceful, safe 5 minute walk to the tram which took you straight to the airport, it’s was perfect 😊

Pro: Очень удобно для проживания с семьёй. Две спальни, всё бытовые удобства. Достопримечательности, пляж, рестораны в пешей доступности. Приятные встречающие.

Pro: Great value Excellent air con Good area
Contre: TV was advertised as satellite. was expecting to be able to watch TV stations from other countries but was only French TV that obviously was only in French! There was a mix up when checking out - was asked to leave the apartment keys in the post box downstairs but we didn't know the number of the apartment. We weren't told the number, it wasn't on the booking form and there was no number on the apartment door - sorry Dema!
