For me the accommodation has three really interesting and nice elements: - First of all it is very well located. It is close to many touristic places (Sorbonne, Pantheon, Notre Dame de Paris, Luxembourg Garden...). Also there are many bars and restaurants in the are. - Then it has just been refurbished (October 2017) and is absolutely ready to welcome its first guests - I cannot offer you services but my accomodation is all yours!

"he area is really great. My accommodation is located Less than 5 minutes walk from La Sorbonne, Luxembourg Garden and Le Pantheon, and 10 minutes walking from Notre Dame de Paris. Moreover, it is in the heart of ""Quartier Latin"" (Latin Quarter) district, which is characterized both by its centrality but also by the presence of many bars and restaurants.
