The main living area is spacious and open plan, with a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, a lounge area with a double sofa bed and a large flat screen TV with French and International channels. Outside, there extensive lawns that stretch around the lake make a great area for games, picnics or just relaxing in the sunshine.
Apartment Lombardi is a just up-valley from Chamonix centre in the Champraz complez. The town centre is ten-minutes walk and the swimming pool and sports complex is just five-minutes away. Walking paths go up and down the valley and up on to the mountains from just close by and the FREE valley bus service stops five-minutes walk away. This apartment is in Chamonix Les Praz, undeniably the most desirable residential part of the Chamonix valley, where abundant woodland and forest tracks and the La Flegere ski lift are all close by.
