Pro: La localización es perfecta,en la calle peatonal más concurrida de Chamonix! Tienes todo lo que necesitas a 2 min andando del apartamento. Las instrucciones para el Check in fueron perfectas e incluye parking cubierto! Genial!

Pro: Great location. In the middle of the city center.
Contre: Property regulations. We feel like we stay in a student dormitory. “You must take your garbage” “you must take bed sheets off and put them into the bathroom” you must make the dishes and put them where they’re belong to” “otherwise we will charge 50 Euros more!” This should be optional. Before reservation customer must be informed and let to chose. Room price could be optional: room without service xx €, room with services xxx €.

Pro: Среди плюсов: отличное месторасположение, полностью оборудованная кухня, полотенца и постельное белье в избытке, неплохая шумоизоляция, быстрый интернет, возможность регулировать нагрев батарей.
Contre: Были отдельные минусы проживания: очень много лишней мебели в апартаментах, ледяной плиточный пол, протекала душевая кабинка в ванной комнате, отсутствие своей парковки.

Pro: Fantastic, central location.
Contre: 1. Too small to fit four people comfortably - too much furniture for a tiny space made it difficult to get comfortable. For example, the sofa bed is so large so that when it is pulled out you can’t use the dining table and chairs. 2. Ceiling lights in bathroom weren’t replaced, despite notifying the property management on the first day. As a result, there was very little visibility in the bathroom. 3. Shower surround cracked and shower leaks. Damp smell to bathroom. 4. Codes to ski lockers didn’t match what was given and no attempt was made to update us with this information. As a result we had to store our wet gear in the already too cramped apartment. 5. Vagrant sleeping in foyer to apartment.
