Newly refurbished and situated in the fabulous pedestrian street Rue James Close in the heart of the old town Antibes. Only a few minutes away from the charming Marché Provencale, Picasso Museum, Vauban harbour and beaches. Restaurants and shopping right outside your doorstep. Apartment has got a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels as well as beach towels during stay. Our apartment is located on the second floor with windows facing the pedestrian road Rue James close. Being an old building there are no elevator. The property has got a Scandinavian touch with clean features. Flat screen with access to television as well as Netflix. Because we are not allowed to install new Air Conditioning in the old town we provide a mobile Air Conditioning as well as a fan for those who prefer. The air condition cools down the apartment in only a short while to be comfortable when coming home from the beach and going to bed at night. Located in the heart of the old town there will always be people and sounds, particularly during season.
We are two siblings from Sweden Paula and Johan who fell in love with Antibes many years ago. In 2018 we decided to buy an apartments to give us the opportunity to visit more often. The flat is refurbished and fully equipped to enable a comfortable stay.
Rue James Close is situated in the heart of the old town. The front door leads straight into a popular pedestrian area with lots of lovely shopping as well as cosy restaurants. During season the area is quite busy but no traffic as this part of the road is quiet.
