Our beautiful apartment was built in 1845, and our apartment has been fully renovated so that it has a modern feel, whilst still allowing you to really enjoy being in the heart of this wonderful gem of a town. This apartment was our home for years, and we want you to feel at home in it too. Equipped with all new appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, etc), it also comes with beach and bath towels. The apartment has one master and one smaller bedroom. Both have double beds and storage space, and there is a new travel cot for your little ones. The windows are big and double glazed, so the apartment has lots of light. It has underfloor heating and ceiling fans, wireless internet, iron and ironing board, and extra bedding.
We are Lachlan ('lochie', Australian), Kate (English), and baby Jesse. We have lived in and around France for over 10 years, and live nearby to the apartment. Lochie works as an engineer on a boat, and Kate is a stay at home mum who owns a little bakery company. We are here for any help, sightseeing advice, or travel help you may need. Just a phonecall away!
Antibes is a touristy town. Local businesses are friendly, helpful, and generally speak english if your french is a little rusty! There are various carparks in the town, and the train station is only 10 minutes walk away. There are a lot of fun things to do nearby_ marineland, aquasplash, picasso museum, endless beaches and beach restaurants, watersports, cannes islands- and so much more. Although busy, the old town has a wonderful easy sleepy feel to it, and a day visiting local markets and cafes is a day well spent here. We've also left lots of brochures in the apartment for your convenience.
