Pro: Accueil cordial et attentif. Hébergement calme, bien situé, fonctionnel et en très bon état. La mise à disposition de petites attentions et la gratuité du parking sont un plus. Non négligeable, le rapport qualité prix est au rendez vous. Excellente adresse.

Pro: Удобное месторасположение, в квартире есть все необходимое. Очень просто и уютно. Если вы надолго, и вам не хочется стирать ручками, за углом прачечная, всего за 3,70 евро и 38 минут все перестирает 😉 Вокруг несколько супермаркетов, русский магазин для любителей, ну и конечно же море и Променад)
Contre: Я забыла домашние тапочки, а пол здесь в комнатах плиточный, хотя летом это вообще не проблема, но мы были в октябре)

Pro: Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó. Csendes környék. Boltok, tenger part , vasút állomás közel volt.
Contre: Nincs légkondicionáló, nyáron melegben nem mennék ide, mert most is meleg volt a szállás. Az edényeket nem lehetett használni, mert régiek és karcosak voltak. Párna kényelmetlen volt.

Pro: Znakomita lokalizacja,bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz ,dużo sklepów,restauracji w pobliżu ,blisko przystanek autobusowy,15 min spacerem do starego miasta,7 min do plaży,cicha,spokojna uliczka
Contre: Brak klimatyzacji o czym wiedziałyśmy natomiast są 2 wentylatory.

Pro: I like everything in the property it’s very clean and very comfortable in perfect location surrounded with everything you need, our departure from nice was later after check out and we have big luggages we don’t know where we can leave it while there’s a guest will check in after us, But Jean-Jacques take them and keep it in his own place for free and we go complete enjoying French Riviera by going to Canne and we stock in the traffic and we will almost lose our next trip but we were lucky to meet Jean- Jacques he realized how we are so late and he decided by himself to ride us to the airport also for free, I would love to thank him so much really he is a very gentleman, we owe you a lot Jean, no words can be sufficient to express how you are 😍 Thanks a lot Jean

Pro: Everything was really great. The accomodation was easly accessable by tram from the airport. The city centre is like 20-25 mintues by bus (the bus stop is really close). The railway station is like 15 minutes by walk. There are supermarkets close. The accomodation was clean, we had everything we needed. Would recommend!
