Free ski bus stop right on the doorstep, less than 5 minute ride to the Super Morzine lift. 15 minute flat walk into center by road or river walk. Morzine is a beautiful, bustling alpine village in the heart of the Portes du Soleil. It’s a fantastic place to visit in the summer with loads of incredible activities to try and fun for the whole family. In the winter Morzine is a popular ski resort, The huge variety of terrain ranging from the gentle tree lined slopes of Les Gets and Morzine to the steep, challenging world cup downhill course in Avoriaz means that there really is something for every type of skier. The Portes du Soleil boasts a great selection of all grades of pistes and is ideally suited to mixed ability groups and for family skiing and snowboarding holidays. However in the summer it’s home to mountain bikers, road cyclists, runners, hikers and people here to enjoy some of the best scenery in the world. At only 90 minutes drive from Geneva, Morzine really is the perfect place for a summer holiday. The apartment is ideally situated away from the bustle of the town center, but an easy 15 minute stroll takes you to the large choice shops, bars and restaurants. We like to drive down to Morzine, but you do not need a car here. The ski bus stops right outside!
