Pro: The bed is excellent ! The shower also . It's about 100 meters from the main shopping street. Highly recommend it!

Pro: Beautifully decorated and well appointed apartment great location, and Delphine our host was most generous , helpful and pleasant.

Pro: Perfect location for seeing Nice ... Also very close to railway station ..10 min walk so you can get to Cannes and Monte Carlo both around 30 mins away Delphine is very attentive ...good communication before and during our stay Easy to get too the apartment from the airport 25 mins on the tram line 1or 2 and only 1.5euros each

Pro: The apartment is beautiful, the location is great (walking distance to everywhere) but above all Delphine and her husband are amazing hosts going above and beyond to make your stay and experience excellent. Highly highly recommend. I will definitely be staying here when I come back. A fantastic holiday and place to stay.

Pro: Great location, two minutes walk from tram stop which connects to airport. Ten minutes from railway station, old town and beach. Close to a good selection of restaurants. Well equipped and furnished. Overall very comfortable.

Contre: Wardrobe/storage space is a little tight. Outdoor area is a shared space, surrounded by buildings...so not very private, but fine for outdoor eating and drinking. It IS in the middle of a city!

Pro: Delphine was the perfect host. We had a late arrival but she provided super clear directions on how to locate the property & was there to greet us on arrival with chilled beer in the fridge! The apartment was ideally located right in the city, super comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We definitely hope to return!

Pro: В этих апартаментах останавливаемся второй раз. Отличный вариант как для романтических выходных, так и для семейного отдыха с детьми. Также хорошо подходит и для шоппинга, торговые центры и бутики в шаговой доступности. Главное достоинство апартаментов - их шикарное расположение. Удобно добираться трамваем из/в аэропорт, остановка находится на соседней улице всего 5-7 мин от апартаментов. Рядом также автобусные остановки и вокзал, что даёт возможность передвигаться по городу и путешествовать по окрестностям. Апартаменты уютные. Чисто. Кондиционер есть в каждой комнате. Wi-Fi работает отлично. Санузел небольшой, но с современной сантехникой. Есть стиральная машина. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым, есть кофемашина и большой набор посуды и приборов. Приятно позавтракать или перекусить на просторной открытой террасе. До пляжа не более 10 мин. В апартаментах также есть «пляжный набор»: зонт, полотенца и сумка с разными мелочами. Хозяйка гостеприимная и отзывчивая. Однозначно рекомендую! This is our second stay in this apartment. A good option for romantic weekend or for a family vacation with children. Also well suited for shopping as the malls and boutiques are within walking distance. It’s easy to get by tram from/to the airport. The tram stop is on the neighboring street just 5-7 min from the apartment. Nearby there are bus stops and a railway station. It’s easy to move around the city and its surroundings. The apartment is cozy and clean. Air conditioning is in every room. Wi-Fi works fine. The bathroom is small but with modern sanitary engineering.The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is also a washing machine, coffee machine, a large set of dishes and appliances. You can enjoy breakfast or snack on a big outdoor terrace. The beach is no more than 10 min walk. In apartment you can find a beach set: an umbrella, towels and a bag with various little things. The hostess is hospitable and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Pro: Realmente una estadía espectacular. La anfitriona atenta a todo . Súper completo el departamento no le faltaba nada . La ubicación inmejorable. Lo súper recomiendo.
